We specialize in diagnosing construction damage to trees, stressed and diseased trees, tree spraying, and tree fertilizing, as well as Palm tree treatments. We have an Urban Forester and Certified Arborist on staff.

Terms of Service (TOS)

Roy Rivers Jr., Tree Doctor — Terms of Service

Effective Date: 01/01/2025

By engaging the services of Roy Rivers Jr., Tree Doctor (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“the client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Work
We provide arboricultural services including but not limited to: tree pruning, removal, disease treatment, soil care, stump grinding, and emergency storm response.

2. Service Agreement
Service begins only after a written estimate is approved by the client. Verbal agreements are non-binding.

3. Property Access
Clients grant us permission to access the property during scheduled service windows. We are not responsible for underground utilities or obstacles not disclosed prior to service.

4. Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not liable for damages to underground lines, fences, irrigation systems, or landscaping not disclosed in advance.

5. Payment Terms
All payments are due upon completion unless otherwise stated in writing. Unpaid balances beyond 30 days are subject to collections and additional legal fees.

6. Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a $75 fee.

7. Intellectual Property
All website content, images, and logos are the property of Roy Rivers Jr., Tree Doctor and may not be used without permission.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
